Katronia is our client care coordinator who has 17 years experience in client care services. She always has a kind word and a smile for the clients and enjoy’s meeting all the pets that come through the door. She keeps us on our toes and on schedule to the best of her abilities. She has mastered the flow for us in the clinic. She has a fur baby at home named Charlie a happy, healthy, and stealthy black kitty.
